Terms of Service — Markdown Pro

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Markdown Pro ("Service"), operated by SK India Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using Markdown Pro you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use Markdown Pro to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law allows.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice. Taxes may apply based on your billing region.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on subscription fees. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the documents you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, back up, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
