Markdown Pro is a software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods shipped.
Provisioning
Access to paid features is enabled on your account immediately after a successful payment. In rare cases, provisioning may take a few minutes while our payment provider confirms the transaction.
Delays or issues
If your account is not upgraded within 30 minutes of payment, contact payments@ragchunk.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
