Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Markdown Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error or the Service was unavailable for a materially long period due to our fault, contact us at payments@ragchunk.com and we will review your case in good faith.
Payment failures
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access may be suspended until the payment succeeds.
